I was lucky enough to be given a copy by a very good friend in the Netherlands... whose brother hand-delivered it to me in Australia! Now THAT is service!

Meanwhile, you can get a nice little document on Japanese (Chabo) free from http://www.ascav.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/CHABO-.pdf. Hope you can read Italian, though the pictures are quite lovely.
